HDI offers discounted rates or promotions for certain medical imaging exams for our self-pay customers. Below you’ll find a list of our current imaging specials. Discounts for these specials are limited to one per customer and a doctor’s order may be required for some exams.
$125 Self-Pay Cardiac Calcium Scoring Screening
(no doctor’s order required)
HDI conveniently offers Cardiac Calcium Scoring right here in Elko, so you no longer need to leave town to get this important screening for coronary artery disease (CAD). A cardiac CT scan for coronary calcium is a non-invasive way of obtaining information about the presence, location and extent of calcified plaque in the coronary arteries–the vessels that supply oxygen-containing blood to the heart muscle. Because calcium is a marker of CAD, the amount of calcium detected on a cardiac CT scan is a helpful prognostic tool.
Our $125 self-pay cardiac CT screening special does not require a doctor’s order.

$150 Self-Pay Low-Dose CT Lung Cancer Screening

Our Low-Dose CT scan (LDCT) preventative health screening allows for you to test for disease when you have no symptoms or history of lung cancer.
